Leaders - do you know your team members?

I’ve been told I talk about work too much. I do. But I don’t talk about my job, I talk about other people’s jobs. And I don’t talk. I have learned to listen. I listen to how different organisations work and how different jobs get done. Not in a sticky beak way but out of a genuine fascination for the mechanics of how effective leadership drives engagement – individual and team.
